Refunds & Returns

For food safety, we can’t accept returns or provide refunds on perishable items once delivered. We cannot verify storage/handling after delivery, so all sales are final unless there’s a verified issue on arrival.


Damaged or Quality Issues

If something isn’t right on delivery, contact us within 24 hours with photos (outer box, seal, affected items).

What we’ll do: the fastest fair resolution — exchange/replacement, or store credit/partial refund where appropriate.


Cancellations

  • Any cancellation: 5% restocking fee

  • Within 3 days of delivery date: 50% restocking fee + 5% payment gateway fee
    Once production starts, ingredients and slots are committed.


Exchanges (Wrong Items)

  • If you received an incorrect item, message us and we’ll arrange an exchange.

  • Please return the wrong goods in original condition with your order confirmation.


Order Changes

Once an order is confirmed, modifications aren’t possible. Please place a new order if you need to adjust flavours, quantities, or addresses.


Quality Notes

Our cookies are handmade with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Minor surface cracks or crumbs are natural and don’t affect taste or freshness; these aren’t eligible for refunds or replacements.


Failed Delivery / Redelivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address/access or recipient unavailability, a $25 redelivery fee will apply for the next available slot. See our Delivery page for full details.
