Delivery — Freshly Baked, Right on Time

We bake in small festive batches and ship island wide so your Maison Noël Christmas cookies arrive fresh, sealed, and gift-ready.

Delivery Days

  • Daily deliveries, including weekends & Public Holidays.

  • Pick your preferred date at checkout. If a date or slot is unavailable, it’s fully booked.

Time Slots

  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    (Choose at checkout. If a slot is greyed out, it’s full.)

Delivery Fees

  • Free for orders ≥ $120

  • Orders < $120: $7.60

  • Sentosa: $25 (Free for orders ≥ $300)

  • Extended Zones (Jurong Island, Tuas, Army Camps): $25 (Free for orders ≥ $800)

One delivery address per order. For multiple addresses, please make seperate orders.

Important Notes

Handmade & Delicate
Our cookies are melt-in-your-mouth and gently packed. Light surface cracking or minor crumbs can occur and does not affect taste or quality.
If a jar arrives damaged or an item is missing, message us within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve it fast.

Failed Delivery / Redelivery
If the address, access, or recipient details are incorrect—or no one can receive the parcel in your chosen slot—a $25 redelivery fee applies for the next available window.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes: Once an order is confirmed, production begins and changes aren’t possible. Please place a new order if needed.

  • Cancel ≥ 3 days before delivery: 5% restocking fee

  • Cancel within 3 days of delivery: 50% restocking fee + 5% payment gateway fee
