Using our site

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may change the site or these Terms at any time by posting an updated version.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items and send a delivery notification. If an item is unavailable or there’s an error, we may cancel all/part of an order and refund where applicable.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in SGD and may change without notice. Payment is taken securely at checkout through PCI-compliant gateways (e.g., cards/wallets). If a pricing/listing error occurs, we’ll contact you to confirm or cancel and refund.

Delivery & risk

See our Delivery page for time slots, fees, and special zones. One order delivers to one address. Risk passes on successful delivery or collection. If address/access/contact details are incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, redelivery fees apply.

Substitutions & presentation

To meet your selected slot and ensure freshness, components (e.g., flavour variants, ribbon/packaging accents) may be substituted with equal or higher-value items in a similar style. Minor variations in colour/appearance may occur due to artisanal, small-batch production.

Perishables, refunds & exchanges

For food safety, returns and refunds aren’t available once delivered, except for verified issues on arrival. If items arrive damaged/incorrect/missing, contact us within 24 hours with photos; we’ll provide the fastest fair resolution (replacement, store credit, or partial refund).

Cancellations & order changes

Once confirmed, orders enter production and cannot be modified.

  • Cancel ≥ 3 days before delivery date: 5% restocking fee.

  • Cancel within 3 days of delivery date: 50% restocking fee + 5% payment gateway fee.
    Personalised/corporate-branded items are non-cancellable once production starts.

Promotions, gift cards & credits

One promotion/code per order unless stated. Codes/credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If an order is refunded, any amount returned is net of discounts; free gifts (if any) must be returned where applicable.

Corporate & bulk orders

We offer logo cards/sleeves, scheduling, and multi-address deliveries. Minimums and lead times may apply. Quotes are valid for a limited time and subject to stock and scheduling.

User content & reviews

Be respectful and truthful. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. By submitting reviews/photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them in marketing and on the site.

Intellectual property

All content, product names, packaging designs, logos, images, and copy on the site are owned by Maison Noël or our licensors. Do not copy, frame, scrape, or reuse without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (e.g., lost profits, goodwill, business interruption).

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, outages, strikes, regulatory restrictions).

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
